Sign up for the Monthly Payment Plan as early as possible. By using this service, you can help divide your education costs into easy-to-handle monthly payments. If used in conjunction with student loans, you can also lower your total loan debt after graduation. This plan allows you the flexibility to pick a monthly payment amount that works within your budget.
If you have a third party sponsor who is paying for all or a portion of your bill, please ensure that all required documentation has been submitted on-time.
All refunds must be approved by the Office of Military and Veteran Student Services and all inquiries regarding your eligibility to receive a credit balance should be directed to that department. Once your refund is approved you can receive your refunds quicker by creating a refund profile in your Student Account eBill to receive your refunds via direct deposit.
Make sure that you have finalized your financial aid and/or registration, otherwise your aid will not post. This tip can help you avoid delays in receiving your refund, the assessment of late payment fees and finance charges and prevent a financial hold on your account. Please review the Office of Student Financial Assistance's due dates, deadlines and requirements to ensure your aid posts. Keep in mind that financial aid applications and monthly payment plan sign-ups need to be completed every academic year. The academic year runs from September through August. Third party authorizations are the exception and must be completed each semester. Please keep in mind that Financial Aid is awarded based on the academic calendar which runs from September to August.
