For your student account:

• Submit your payment request through the designated AmeriCorps portal up to two weeks prior to the start of the term in order to have your payments paid on schedule. Award requests will not be approved until within 2 weeks of the start of the semester.
• Payments are sent in two parts.
  • The first half of your payment request is sent at the start of the term.
  • The second half will be sent in the middle of the term before late fees are assessed.
