BankMobile Disbursements

GW’s Student Accounts Office works with BankMobile Disbursements, a service powered by BMTX, Inc, to help students receive their refunds. You can choose how you want to get your refund by visiting the BankMobile portal.

In accordance with Department of Education cash management rules, educational institutions must disclose their contract with a vendor that handles federal Title IV funds. In addition, institutions are required to post the median and mean fee costs that their students incurred over a one-year period using the vendor’s student banking (BankMobile VIBE) account.
