If you have PDF bills from a previous period, and you are unable to access the PDF, please review our compatibility recommendations below.

eBill Compatibility

eBill statements are only compatible with Adobe Reader version 8.0 or higher. Some browsers, such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, do not use Adobe Reader as their default PDF reader. Adobe will need to be enabled prior to viewing the billing statement. For assistance updating Adobe as the default PDF reader, please download our tutorial on Updating Adobe Acrobat Settings in Firefox (PDF) or tutorial on Updating Adobe Acrobat Settings in Chrome (PDF) . If you are using Internet Explorer 9, please enable the compatibility view prior to logging into the  Student Account eBill. For assistance enabling the compatibility view, please download our tutorial on Enabling Compatibility View on IE9 (PDF).  For Safari users, please download the PDF Reader Configuration (PDF) tutorial.

PDF Issues

Many recent browser versions include their own, native PDF plug-ins that automatically replace the Acrobat and Reader plug-in from Adobe. Installing Firefox 19 or later, for instance, can result in your Adobe plug-in being disabled and replaced. Browser plug-ins typically do not support all PDF capabilities or offer comparable features. If you experience the following problems, you may need to revert to the Adobe plug-in:

  • Parts of a PDF don't display
  • Poor performance or image quality
  • Large file sizes when printing to PDF
  • 3D models don't render
  • Embedded SWF files don't play

If you are having difficulty accessing your eBill, please review the instructions from Adobe on reverting to the Adobe PDF plug-in. You will need to use Firefox or Safari, or rely on the on-demand statement.

Itemized Statements

If you need a bill that includes itemized course information for your employer or other sponsor, please click the 'On Demand Statement' button on the home page of Student Account eBill and select the appropriate semester.
