Canadian Tax Request Form Request

If you're a Canadian student attending GW full-time, you may need a TL11A Tuition and Enrollment Certificate to claim tuition, education, and textbook expenses on your Canadian taxes. To qualify for this form:

• You must be a full-time student at a university outside Canada.
• Each course listed must last at least three weeks in a row.
• Each course must lead to a degree at the bachelor level or higher.
• Tuition fees must be eligible and paid during the calendar year shown on the form.
