Employer Reimbursement

If your employer is helping pay for your tuition, please note that  GW does not accept third party sponsorship contingent on academic performance. In these cases you are still responsible for paying your full balance before the semester starts. If payment is late, you may be charged late fees and may have a hold placed on your account. 

Many employers ask for a bill that shows the cost per course. We recommend using the on-demand statement in Student Account eBill.
