If you are an international student and do not have a TIN (SSN/ITIN), please provide the University with the following information. Please note that this information will only be gathered and used by the Student Account Office for 1098-T communication and reporting purposes.

I hereby confirm that I am an international student studying at the George Washington University and that I have not been assigned a TIN (SSN/ITIN) b the IRS or Social Security Administration. I understand that in the future, should I request or be assigned a TIN while I am a current student at the George Washington University, I am required to provide that information to the University in order to file certain information returns with the IRS.
