About Us

The Student Accounts Office's goal is to ensure that student accounts are billed, collected, and reconciled in a timely manner that is compliant with university policy and all applicable federal regulations.

The primary function of our office is the billing of student accounts, which includes but is not limited to tuition, fees, room, board, and student health insurance. We are also responsible for processing refunds, generating 1098-T forms and billing for third party agreements.

Our office works closely with the Office of Student Financial Assistance, the Registrar and Student Financial & Registration Services to provide students and parents with a helpful, friendly experience when completing administrative and financial tasks.

The university reserves the right to change charges for tuition and fees or make other changes as deemed necessary or desirable and will provide advance notice of such changes when possible.
