About Us

The Student Accounts Office's goal is to ensure that student accounts are billed, collected, and reconciled in a timely manner that is compliant with university policy and all applicable federal regulations.

The primary function of our office is the billing of student accounts, which includes, but is not limited to: tuition, fees, room and board. We are also responsible for processing refunds, generating the IRS form 1098-T and billing for third party agreements.

Our office works closely with the Office of Student Financial Assistance, the Registrar and Colonial Central to provide students and parents with a helpful, friendly experience when completing administrative and financial tasks.
